Happy 2019!


With the start of the new year, many are looking to make some changes. Whether it’s fitness, financial or just general well being, putting your goals in writing is the best place to start. Once committed to writing, you have a higher chance of actually following through.

No matter how big the goal, the next step is to figure out how long you want to give yourself to accomplish the goal and then what you can do on a monthly, weekly and even daily basis.

Loosing 20 pounds is a big goal but if you give yourself 4 months, that is 5 pounds per month. Figure about 1.25 pounds per week and it begins to seem doable. Adjust your diet and walk for 20-30 minutes a day and you are there. It is the daily activities that help you get where you want to be.
